It explains what information we collect, how we process it, and the circumstances in which it may be disclosed to third parties.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to you or your household.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically to stay informed about our privacy practices.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU CONFIRM THAT (I) YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY; (II) YOU ARE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OF AGE (OR HAVE OBTAINED CONSENT FROM YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN); AND (III) YOU CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA AS DESCRIBED HEREIN. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, or cannot make these representations, you must not use the Service. In such a case, you should contact us by email to request deletion of your data, cancel any active subscriptions through the applicable platform (such as Apple), and remove the App from your device.
Any translations of this Privacy Policy are provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail and remain the legally binding version.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- “Process” or “Processing” means any operation performed on personal data, including collection, storage, use, disclosure, or other handling of such data.
- “GDPR” refers to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
- “EEA” refers to the European Economic Area, including all current member states of the European Union.
2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
We collect data you give us voluntarily (for example, when you contact us for technical support and provide us with your name and email address). We also collect data automatically (for example, your IP address, device type, etc.).
To clean your memory, the App needs access to your photo library and your contact list. The app requires that you expressly allow this access, through a request appearing on your mobile device.
2.1 Data we receive directly from you
Identifiers
When you make a purchase within the App or contact us for support, we may request certain identifiers such as your name and/or email address. This information is used for operational purposes, including verifying your identity, managing subscriptions, processing refunds, and responding to customer support inquiries.
Content
To deliver core functionality, the Service may access content stored on your device, including your photo library, individual photos, contact list, and, where applicable, Gmail or iCloud data when you use email clean-up features. Such access is limited to what is necessary for the proper functioning of the requested feature and is performed in accordance with your granted permissions.
Communications and Feedback
If you contact our support team, you may provide additional information such as your name, email address, screenshots, or other details relevant to your request. We use this information solely to investigate and resolve your issue and to improve our services.
2. 2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, certain information is collected automatically to ensure functionality, improve performance, and support analytics and advertising activities.
Referral Information
We may collect information about how you discovered the App, including the referring URL or source from which you accessed or downloaded it (for example, when you tap on an advertisement).
Device and Technical Information
We collect technical data from your mobile device, which may include language settings, IP address, time zone, device type and model, device configuration, operating system version, Internet service provider, mobile carrier, and hardware identifiers.
Usage Information
We record information about how you interact with the Service. This may include data about the features you use, screens you view, actions you take within the App, session duration, frequency of use, subscription activity, and crash or error reports. This information helps us analyze user behavior, improve functionality, and enhance user experience.
Advertising Identifiers
We may collect advertising identifiers associated with your device, such as Apple’s Identifier for Advertising (IDFA), Identifier for Vendor (IDFV), or a Universally Unique Identifier (UUID). You can typically manage or reset these identifiers through your device settings; however, we do not control your device’s operating system settings.
Google API Services Usage Disclosure
If you choose to grant the App access to your Google data, our use of that data is subject to additional restrictions:
- Access to Gmail data (including message metadata, headers, content, and attachment information) is used solely to enable features that allow users to manage their emails (such as deleting, moving, archiving, or unsubscribing). We will not transfer Gmail data to third parties except as required by applicable law.
- We do not use Gmail data for advertising purposes.
- We do not permit human access to Gmail data unless you provide explicit consent for specific messages, or where necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), or to comply with legal obligations.
3. PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
3.1 To Provide and Maintain the Service
We process personal data to operate, maintain, and deliver the core functionality of the Service. This includes enabling you to access and use the App without interruption, ensuring system stability, and detecting, preventing, or resolving technical issues and errors.
To monitor infrastructure performance, app stability, and crash reporting, we use Firebase services provided by Google. These services help us identify bugs, improve reliability, and maintain optimal performance. Additional information about how Google processes data is available in Google’s Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy and Security documentation.
3.2 To Customize and Improve Your Experience
We use personal data to tailor the content, features, and overall user experience within the App. This may include adapting certain elements of the Service based on usage patterns, preferences, or engagement behavior in order to enhance usability and relevance.
3.3 To Provide Customer Support
We process personal data to respond to your inquiries, provide technical assistance, and address any issues or concerns you may raise. For these purposes, we may contact you via email or notifications regarding account matters, subscription status, payment confirmations, security updates, or changes to our Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy.
3.4 To Communicate With You
We may send you service-related communications, including push notifications, reminders, feature updates, or important operational messages. These communications are intended to inform you about updates, new functionality, or other relevant information about the Service.
You may manage or disable push notifications through your device settings at any time. Certain communication service tools may record technical data such as the date and time a message was delivered, opened, or interacted with (for example, when a link is clicked).
3.5 To Research, Analyze, and Improve the Service
We process personal data to understand how users interact with the App, evaluate performance, and improve our products and services. This includes conducting analytics, testing new features, analyzing user behavior trends, and measuring feature engagement.
We use Google Analytics to monitor and analyze App usage and to gain insights that help improve functionality and user experience.
We also use Firebase services (including analytics and Remote Config, where applicable) to analyze user behavior and evaluate how users respond to changes in the App’s structure, interface, or content. These tools allow us to refine features and optimize performance based on aggregated usage data.
3.6 To Send Marketing Communications
We may use your personal data, including your email address where provided, to send promotional communications about our products, updates, or special offers. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications.
We may also display advertisements within the App and send marketing-related push notifications. You can disable push notifications through your device settings.
3.7 To Deliver and Personalize Advertisements
We and our advertising partners, including Google, may process personal data to deliver relevant advertisements and measure advertising effectiveness. This may involve the use of advertising technologies such as device identifiers, cookies or similar tracking technologies, geolocation data, operating system information, or hashed email addresses where applicable.
How to manage personalized advertising:
On iOS devices, you can manage advertising preferences by navigating to Settings → Privacy → Advertising and enabling options such as limiting ad tracking or resetting your advertising identifier.
We use Google Ads to deliver advertisements. Google provides users with options to manage personalized advertising preferences and to control how data is used for advertising and analytics purposes through its own privacy controls.
3.8 To Process Payments
If you purchase paid features or subscriptions within the Service, payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers via external links or through the relevant app marketplace (such as Apple). We do not collect or store your payment card details directly. Instead, payment information is provided directly to the applicable payment processor, and we receive confirmation of successful transactions.
This Privacy Policy does not include additional payment processors or advertising networks beyond Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Firebase. Any payment processing is conducted by the marketplace provider or processor presented to you at checkout.
3.9 To Enforce Our Terms and Prevent Fraud
We may process personal data to enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use, protect our legal rights, detect and prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or misuse of the Service. Where necessary, we may share relevant information with law enforcement authorities or other appropriate entities in connection with investigations or legal disputes.
3.10 To Comply With Legal Obligations
We may process, use, or disclose personal data when required to do so by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, including responding to lawful requests from courts or regulatory authorities.
4.UNDER WHAT LEGAL BASES WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA (applies only to EEA-based users)

When we rely on legitimate interests, we carefully balance our interests against your privacy rights. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests in certain circumstances. If you exercise this right, we will stop processing your personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds to continue the processing or the processing is required for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
For information on how to exercise your rights, please refer to Section 6 of this Privacy Policy.

As part of the development of our business, we may engage in corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, asset sales, or other business transfers. In such cases, personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity or relevant third parties as part of the transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards.
In the unlikely event of bankruptcy or liquidation, personal data may also be considered a transferable business asset.
5.4. Affiliates
We may share personal data with affiliated entities within our corporate group, including companies that are owned by us, that own us, or that are under common ownership or control with us. Any such affiliates will process personal data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws
